Salary: $145,000 to $165,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications

Flomar Civil Pty Ltd is a civil construction and infrastructure delivery company operating across Greater Sydney. We specialise in utilities, civil works, drainage, excavation, electrical infrastructure (including ASP1 projects), and large-scale subdivision and infrastructure upgrades. Due to continued project growth, we are seeking an experienced Building Associate / Site Supervisor to join our team.

About the Role

The Site Supervisor will supervise construction sites and coordinate the material and human resources required to deliver civil and utilities projects safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. Duties include supervising daily site operations, coordinating labour and subcontractors, interpreting plans and specifications, monitoring progress and WHS compliance,



conducting site inspections, maintaining records, liaising with project stakeholders, and ensuring works meet standards and timelines.

Skills & Experience

Applicants should hold a formal qualification relevant to project management, construction supervision, building, civil construction, or a related field.

Demonstrated experience working on civil construction sites is essential, including exposure to utilities, drainage, excavation, or infrastructure projects. Australian industry experience is highly regarded. Robust coordination skills, experience interpreting plans, excellent communication, and a commitment to safety and quality are required.
