Your new role
/n
As the Senior Community Engagement Officer (Level 6), you will lead community engagement planning and delivery across major Council initiatives.
/n
Reporting to the Principal Communications and Engagement Officer, you will provide specialist advice to internal stakeholders and support engagement across complex and high‐impact projects.
/n
This Level 6 role sits within a multi‐stakeholder environment, where community views may vary and require careful management.
/n
Success will be measured by engagement outcomes, stakeholder participation and the quality of insight provided to inform decisions.

What you'll need to succeed
/n
/n
Experience developing and delivering engagement strategies and frameworks
/n
Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory capability
/n
Experience working in complex or government environments
/n
Ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholders
/n
Strong research, analysis and reporting skills
/n
Confidence working with diverse community groups
/n
IAP2 certification or the willingness to obtain certification
/n
Experience with digital engagement platforms
/n/n

Salary range $103,178 – $109,532 + super

Permanent full‐time role with a 9‐day fortnight
