The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its team. The CFO will be responsible for blending commercial rigor with cultural responsibility to shape long-term community impact. This senior executive role demands a candidate with a robust technical background, sound judgment, and genuine commercial acumen.
The successful candidate will lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, capital planning, audit, risk, controls, and Board reporting. Additionally, the CFO will support major projects, investment analysis, and community benefit initiatives, and must be adept at translating financial and commercial information into practical recommendations that align with the organization's mission.
Applicants for the CFO position at the company should be experienced in a similar role, with a background that includes advising CEOs, Boards, or executive teams.
The role requires a candidate who is confident in operating within a complex workplace where financial performance, cultural responsibility, and community benefit are all integral. A CA or CPA qualification is essential, and experience in sectors such as property, land development, infrastructure, construction, labor hire, commercial services, or Indigenous business is highly regarded.
