Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co. is seeking an Executive Chef & Hospitality Manager to own four WA venues' food, floor and people. You’ll back head chefs and venue managers, build systems, training and menus, and run the front-of-house with consistent guest experiences.

Perth-based with regular South West trips, reporting to ownership. You’ll lead from the front, shaping menus, standards and operating procedures while managing COGS and wage costs.
