Reporting directly to the Group Accountant, you will play a key role in managing payroll, financial administration, reconciliations and day-to-day accounting functions while supporting the smooth operation of our finance department.

Your Key Responsibilities
Payroll Excellence – End-to-end processing, reporting, compliance
Financial Accuracy – BAS, reconciliations, asset register
Accounts Management – Payables, receivables,



general ledger
Team Support – Administration and collaborative problem-solving

What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a Senior Accounts Officer, Payroll Officer or similar finance role
Solid understanding of payroll legislation and Australian employment Awards
Strong experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger reconciliations
Experience preparing month-end financial reconciliations
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team-oriented team
