Key Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and third-party app integrations.
Proficient in Flow Builder, Process Builder, validation rules, custom fields, and Lightning UI.
Solid experience in reporting, dashboards, and data management tools.
Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, data migration tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard), and sandbox management.
Excellent communication skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in agile or project-based settings.
Must have full Australian working rights.
