Site Supervisor for an ongoing contract role based in West Melbourne , working on a live data centre construction project.
About The Role
Ongoing contract position
Site hours: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Location: West - Melbourne, VIC
Immediate start available
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily site operations during the afternoon shift, ensuring works progress safely and to program
Coordinate trades and subcontractors on site
Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Liaise with project management and day-shift supervisors to maintain continuity
Monitor site conditions, resolve in office issues, and report progress
Ensure all works align with data centre construction specifications and protocols
Requirements
Minimum 1+ years' experience supervising on a data centre construction project (essential)
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within commercial/industrial construction
Robust understanding of WHS requirements and site safety management
Relevant white card and site safety certifications
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently during the afternoon/evening shift
