Key Responsibilities
Customer service: greeting, guiding, ordering, and creating an "awesome vibe."
Maintaining food safety and quality standards.
Retaining knowledge of seasonal menus and dietary information.
Operating the POS system and handling payments.




Maintaining a clean and organised setting (service, seating, restroom, storage).
Restocking and performing opening/closing duties.

Key Requirements (About You)
Experience in a fast‑paced customer service environment.
Positive, upbeat, and hardworking team player.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Solid communication, great personal presentation, and attention to detail.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Availability for evenings, weekdays, weekends, and public holidaysas required.
