Leading Hand Bricklayer / Bricklaying Supervisor
Direct Homes WA is seeking a trade-qualified or equivalent experienced Bricklayer to lead a busy bricklaying team working on a continuous pipeline of large farmhouse homes located predominatly SOR.

About the Role
As the Leading Hand Bricklayer, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a 5/2 bricklaying team while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
You will be working on a continuous run of farm-style homes and will play a key role in maintaining the quality and workmanship that Direct Homes WA is known for.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising and coordinating a bricklaying crew
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
Ensuring all brickwork is completed in accordance with WA building standards and codes
Maintaining quality workmanship across all projects
Planning daily work activities and managing site productivity
Liaising with supervisors, site managers, and other trades as required
Ensuring all work is completed safely and on schedule
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:




WA Trade Qualification in Bricklaying or equivalent industry experience
Proven experience leading or supervising a bricklaying team
Solid ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and construction specifications
Excellent knowledge of WA building codes and standards
Strong organisational and communication skills
A proactive and self-motivated attitude
Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
Current White Card
Current Driver's Licence
