About the role
We're looking for a fleet service manager to own a portfolio of key national fleet accounts.
This is a relationship first role - you will be the first point of contact for fleet operators, day to day you will be solving service and repair related issues, supporting the sales team with accurate costings/quotes, attending industry events and providing support where required to the national dealer network.
A mechanical / technical background of some description is highly beneficial and the ability to deal confidently with senior contacts within our key fleet partners is crucial.
Duties
Manage and maintain relationships with national fleet customers, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction
Provide technical and operational support to fleet sales teams,



including service cost analysis and maintenance solutions
Coordinate and assist with fleet-related projects, helping drive operational efficiency and customer outcomes
Attend customer meetings, industry events, and fleet functions across Australia
Work closely with dealer networks and workshop teams to resolve service issues and minimise vehicle downtime
Please note some travel is required; approx.
3-4 nights per month away from home.

Skills and experience
Mechanical trade background with strong technical knowledge of vehicle servicing and maintenance
Experience managing fleet customers, service operations, or aftersales support within the automotive or transport industry
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Intermediate to advanced computer literacy with confidence using business systems and reporting tools
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously
