About the Role
We're looking for a motivatedCNC Operatorto join our Molendinar team on a full-time basis.
Working Monday to Friday from7am to 3:30pm, you'll be part of a skilled, supportive team producing premium timber stair components using industry-leading CNC technology.

What You'll Be Doing
Manufacturing solid timber stair components using CNC machinery
Operating Pod & Rail 5-Axis Biesse Rover A and Rover C machines
Performing routine machine maintenance and upkeep
Troubleshooting manufacturing issues
Completing quality inspections and production documentation
Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who takes pride in producing quality work and enjoys being part of a team-oriented team.
Ideally, you'll have:
Experience operating CNC machinery (timber industry experience highly regarded)
A current Australian Driver Licence
A trade qualification in Carpentry, Joinery or a related trade (preferred)
Experience in timber manufacturing or a similar production environment (advantageous)
A strong work ethic, attention to detail and commitment to quality
