Lead Structural Welding Works on a Major WA Resources Project
We're seeking experienced S26 Mechanical Supervisors to join a leading contractor delivering a significant structural construction project on a Rio Tinto operation in the Pilbara.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term FIFO work through to February ****, supervising structural welding activities associated with the construction of a large balance machine.
What's on Offer
FIFO 8 days on / 6 days off roster
12.5-hour days
$***** per hour + Super paid on all hours worked
Flights provided (travel time not paid)
Long-term project running through to February ****

The Role
You'll be responsible for supervising mechanical and structural crews undertaking heavy structural welding and installation works,



ensuring all activities are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard while maintaining strong client relationships on site.
About You
To be successful, you'll ideally have:
Section 26 Mechanical Supervisor qualification
Previous experience supervising structural steel or heavy mechanical construction works
Strong background in structural welding projects
Current Rio Tinto inductions highly regarded
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong commitment to safety and quality
Ability to lead crews in a quick-paced construction environment
