You will lead the onsite team in collaboration with venue management to deliver qualified, timely event services and cost‐efficient operations.
The role focuses on profitability, crew management, and client satisfaction across venues.
You will educate clients and venue staff on AV options, orchestrate rosters, and coach the team to optimise performance and service
