Your Role
Prepare BOQs, take-offs and full production costings
Produce variations and client pricing amendments
Manage documentation to strict build schedules
Liaise with drafting, construction, sales and suppliers
Support seamless handover from pre-construction to site
About You
Minimum 2+ years' experience in Production / Residential Estimating
Experience within townhouse, medium-density or H&L; builds
Degree in Construction Management, Building, Civil Engineering or similar
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
