The Opportunity:
We are seeking aSupervisorto join our growing Adelaide and Property Gardens (APG) team based in Pooraka!
Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, you will oversee multiple grounds maintenance contracts, leading a team to meet schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements while providing mentoring and support to help our employees achieve their NDIS goals.
Thisfull-timeposition operates Monday to Thursday, 7.30am to 4:00pm & Friday 7.30am to 2.00pm, across various sites, with APG's main location based in Pooraka, Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team delivering multiple ground maintenance contracts to meet schedules, quality standards, and client expectations
Ensure contract requirements are met, including on-site customer liaison and service delivery outcomes
Provide mentoring, training, and support to employees to help achieve their NDIS goals
Prepare reports, contribute to audits, and identify opportunities for site improvements
Work across multiple locations with flexibility,



including participation in an on-call weekend roster as required
About You – The Ideal Candidate:
Demonstrated experience leading teams, ideally in horticulture or grounds maintenance
Strong time management, communication, and customer service skills
Empathetic approach with experience supporting diverse teams, including people with disability
Relevant qualifications (Horticulture, First Aid) and practical skills (e.g. irrigation, MS Office, quality systems)
Current driver's licence and desirable tickets (chainsaw competency, Work Zone traffic management, ChemCert)
Current NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
