WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS?
We're seeking an AI Engineering Lead Instructor to help deliver a hands-on learning experience aligned with Microsoft's newly launched AI-103 (Azure AI Apps and Agents Developer Associate) pathway - the successor to AI-102, built around agentic AI, generative solutions, and Microsoft Foundry.
As one of the early training providers building curriculum around this certification, the instructor will bridge the gap between fast-evolving theory, certification, and real employability.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Deliver a curriculum aligned with Microsoft's AI-103 (Azure AI Apps and Agents Developer) study guide, covering all relevant Azure AI services and ecosystem components required for AI solution design and implementation.
Equip students with practical and exam-oriented skills in Azure AI services.
Demo-based teaching using Azure Portal & CLI
Run mock exams simulating AI103 towards the end of the course.
Conduct weekly live classes, workshops, and code reviews.
Provide 1:1 feedback on case studies for respective AI-103 topics.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Microsoft AI-102 Certified (or actively working towards AI-103)
5+ years of Australian AI/ML engineering experience
Deep understanding of AI Engineering concepts
Proven teaching or mentoring experience (bootcamps, workshops, universities)
Excellent communication, empathy, and ability to simplify complexity
Must reside in Australia with full working rights
Contribute to a mission that changes lives

Role format:
Part time; outside of the normal working hours
A course is usually 8-9 weeks long (1 live session per week)
