This is an outstanding opportunity to work directly with two highly regarded partners who lead a sophisticated practice spanning employment law, industrial relations, workplace investigations, WHS and complex advisory work.

Partner 1 – Employment, Industrial Relations & Workplace Strategy
This partner is recognised for their deep expertise across the full spectrum of employment and industrial relations law.
Their practice includes:
Complex employment disputes and litigation
Enterprise bargaining and industrial strategy
Executive employment, restraints and remuneration issues
Workplace investigations and disciplinary matters
Advisory work for major corporate, government and institutional clients

Partner 2 – Workplace Health & Safety, Investigations & Compliance

Their practice covers:
WHS incident response and regulatory investigations
Prosecutions and enforcement actions
Safety systems, compliance and risk management
Coronial inquests and inquiries
Training, audits and proactive safety advisory work

Who We're Looking For
We're seeking lawyers with:
2–5 PAEfor the Associate role
5–8 PAEfor the Senior Associate role
Experience in employment law, industrial relations, WHS or regulatory investigations
Strong drafting, advisory and communication skills
A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset
The ability to manage competing priorities and work closely with clients
Candidates from top‐tier, mid‐tier or specialist employment/WHS practices are encouraged to apply.
