The Role
Lead the workshop team in the areas of quality and productivity
Following jobs from start to finish to ensure all work is completed in a time efficient and safe manner
Assess machines coming into the workshop with team and prepare a detailed scope of work, including parts lists and repair plan.
Contribute to skills development of apprentices and ensure effective knowledge and skills transfer to less experienced tradesmen
About You:
Relevant nationally recognised trade qualification




Experience specialising in underground earthmoving machinery repairs and rebuilds
Extensive knowledge and experience in heavy earthmoving equipment repairs and rebuilds - Caterpillar, Sandvik, Epiroc, Normet, Volvo
Experience in leading a team to complete required tasks
Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on developing effective relationships and team building
