ABOUT THE ROLES
Both positions play an key role in creating an engaging, sales-driven store environment while leading teams to achieve outstanding results.
STORE MANAGER – ROXY OUTLET
As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the overall performance of the store, leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and operational excellence.
You'll be responsible for:
Creating a sales-driven culture through daily coaching and leadership.
Driving sales performance and ensuring key business KPIs are achieved.
Analysing sales reports and implementing action plans to maximise results.
Coaching, mentoring and developing your team.
Managing inventory and providing stock feedback.
Maintaining visual merchandising and promotional standards.
2IC – BILLABONG OUTLET
As Second-in-Charge, you'll partner closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, support the team and help deliver an outstanding customer experience every day, helping to deliver on the store manager responsibilities listed above.
