This is a pivotal role within a large-scale SAP transformation, working closely with enterprise architecture and business leaders to define and deliver a unifiedservice-to-asset-to-execution platform.
You will sit at the centre of architecture and delivery,owning end-to-end solution design across SAP Service Cloud, S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Field Service Management (FSM), Enterprise Service Management (ESM), and BTP - ensuring scalable, compliant, and future-ready solutions.
The Chance
You will lead the architecture for Enterprise Service Management (ESM), Asset Management, and Works Management, driving integration and alignment across service operations, asset lifecycle, and field execution.
Working closely with SAP, SI partners, and internal stakeholders, you will ensure solutions are aligned to enterprise architecture principles, SAP clean core strategy, and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end solution architecture across SAP ESM, Asset Management, and Works Management
Design integrated solutions across SAP Service Cloud, S/4HANA (PM/EAM), FSM, and SAP BTP
Define architecture strategy, standards, and guardrails aligned to enterprise and SAP clean core principles
Lead service-to-asset-to-execution design including case management, maintenance, and work orders
Govern delivery across design, integration, testing,



and deployment phases
Drive integration architecture using API-first and event-driven patterns (BTP Integration Suite, CPI, APIs, Event Mesh)
Ensure seamless orchestration between Service Cloud, S/4HANA, and FSM platforms
Establish architecture governance including design authority, review boards, and solution assurance
Support vendor, SI, and SAP engagement including roadmap alignment and solution fit
Own architecture artefacts including ADRs, solution designs, and integration specifications.
About You
Proven experience as a Solution or Enterprise Architect within SAP landscapes
Strong expertise across SAP Service Cloud / ESM and S/4HANA Asset Management (PM/EAM)
Experience integrating SAP FSM, Asset Service, and S/4HANA using SAP BTP
Deep understanding of service management and asset lifecycle / works management processes
Strong experience with SAP BTP (Integration Suite, API Management, extension patterns)
Proven ability to govern SI partners and drive delivery outcomes
Strong stakeholder engagement across IT, operations, engineering, and business teams
Experience applying SAP clean core strategy in complex environments
Excellent communication and architecture governance capability
