Operational leadership | Supportive leadership team | Opportunity to shape the future of a growing allied health practice
Life Skills Hub is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our multidisciplinary allied health practice.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure, solving problems, improving systems and supporting people.

This is not simply an administration role.
It is a senior operational leadership position responsible for overseeing business operations, administration, HR coordination, compliance, systems, faclities and continuous improvement across the organisation.
We're looking for someone who enjoys making things work better - for clients, staff and the business.
Why join us?
Life Skills Hub is a growing multidisciplinary allied health practice supporting children, adolescents, young adults and their families across Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Dietetics, Allied Health Assistance, Mentoring and a range of groups.
We genuinely value our people and believe strong operational leadership creates the foundation for excellent clinical care.
Our leadership team works collaboratively and values initiative, innovation and continuous improvement.
If you enjoy improving systems rather than simply maintaining them, you'll thrive here.

Why this role is different
This position has been intentionally designed to allow the Practice Manager to focus on leadership, operational excellence and continuous improvement—not simply reacting to day-to-day issues.
