Key Responsibilities
Preparation of financial statements (including GPFS) and income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships
Support mentorship and overall development of Junior, Intermediate and Senior teammates
Preparation, review,
and lodgement of BAS, IAS, and other statutory compliance obligations
Provide tax planning and general business advice across a diverse client base
Participate in advisory engagements, including forecasting and strategic planning
Build and maintain long-term client relationships and expand professional networks
Skills and Experience
Minimum5+ years' experiencein an Australian public practice accounting firm
Experience servicing business clients with turnovers of$5 million+
CPA or CA qualified(or nearing completion)
Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
Motivated by growth and career progression
Comfortable remaining hands-on with compliance work
A patient and empathetic leadership mindset
Experience withXero, Reckonand similar tools preferred
