What you'll be doing
Managing a portfolio of established client accounts
Recruiting and placing casual, permanent and contract staff
Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
Conducting client visits, reviews and workforce planning
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing through to onboarding
Ensuring compliance, safety and exceptional customer service throughout every placement
About You
Experience within labour hire or recruitment




A passion for building long-term client relationships
Solid organisational and communication skills
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities
A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
Travel
This role supports clients across Victoria and New South Wales.
You'll travel toSydney approximately every 3–4 weeksto meet with clients, strengthen relationships and support business growth.
