This established regional QLD firm is growing and looking for a Senior Accountant to join their Business Services and Tax team.
If you have strong experience in Australian public practice, particularly across primary production and you're after genuine flexibility without the commute, this one is worth a look.
You will work across a broad and wide-ranging client base with a strong focus on the primary production sector, managing everything from compliance through to advisory.
The firm is modern in its approach and built around people who know what they're doing.
The Role:
Preparation of financial statements and tax returns across a range of entities
Div 7A, CGT and FBT calculations
Preparation of IAS, BAS and FBT returns
ATO liaison and management of client obligations
Maintenance and preparation of client financial records
Advisory services supporting clients in achieving their financial and business objectives
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
About You:
5+ years' experience within an Australian accounting firm
Proven exposure to primary production clients
CA/CPA completed or working towards it
Strong technical ability with excellent communication skills
Self-sufficient and comfortable working remotely
Experience with HandiTax essential
