The role
You will own the administrative backbone of the business insideSimpro, our non negotiable system of record.
This role is built on accountability and trust that you are able to confidently complete your tasks at a high level.
Day to day you will:
Manage the full Simpro workflow: quotes, jobs, scheduling, invoicing, and data integrity
Keep the system of record clean, accurate, and audit ready at all times
Work alongside our in-house AI team to build tools to draft, triage, and process at speed
Coordinate across QLD, NSW, and VIC operations
Own recurring reporting so leadership has real numbers, not guesses
