You will coordinate mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire services, reviewing designs to maximise buildability and value.
Lead procurement and subcontractor engagement, oversee installation, and support commissioning and handover with the PM and site team.
Three years+ experience with a head contractor or Tier 1 subcontractor is required, along with solid NSW market knowledge
