Key Responsibilities
Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation forcards migration and transformation programs.
Work onend-to-end credit card lifecycle, includingorigination, transaction processing, authorization, clearing, settlement, billing, and collections.
Translate business needs into detailedfunctional and technical specifications, includingdata mapping, interface definitions, and process flows.
Drive initiatives related tosystem upgrades, divestitures, and global card platform releases.




Ensure compliance withVisa and Mastercard scheme regulationsand industry standards.
Support integration withdigital wallets (Google Pay, Apple Pay)and other digital payment channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams includingRisk, Product, Technology, and Operationsto align deliverables withproduct strategy and regulatory requirements.
Participate indigital transformation initiatives, especially aroundcards origination and customer onboarding journeys.
Work closely with architects and developers on platforms such asVisionPLUS and BASE Global (P1C).
Performdata analysis, reconciliation, and validationduring migration cycles.
SupportSIT/UAT phases, defect triaging, and business sign-offs.
Identify risks, dependencies, and implementmitigation strategies to ensure quality delivery.
Engage senior stakeholders and provide regular updates onprogram progress and outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience as aBusiness Analyst in Cards/Payments domain.
Strong understanding ofCredit Card systems and processesacross retail and commercial cards.
Proven experience in handlingcomplex, flagship programssuch as:
Cards Migration / Transformation
Divestitures
Scheme Compliance (Visa/Mastercard)
Hands-on experience withcards platforms:
VisionPLUS
BASE Global (P1C)
MAPS
Experience inmobile wallet integrations(Google Pay / Apple Pay).
Strong exposure torisk transformation and regulatory initiatives.
Excellentstakeholder management and leadership skillsacross global teams.
Experience working inAgile/Scrum delivery models.
Solid problem-solving mindset with focus onquality and risk mitigation.
