What You'll Do as an Area Lead
Guide your area to achieve operational targets in growth, retention, clinical outcomes and financial performance
Lead and coach Team Leaders to drive performance, collaboration and continuous improvement




Analyse data and performance dashboards to inform strategy and decision‐making
Identify business development opportunities and build referral partnerships across the region
Champion a robust culture of engagement, development and clinical excellence

What you'll bring
Has experience leading teams in the allied health or disability sector
Is confident using data to inform decision‐making and drive outcomes
Demonstrates strong stakeholder engagement and business development skills
Holds AHPRA or SPA registration (if a practising clinician)
Has a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
