About the Position
Depending upon the successful candidate, you may be responsible for
Maintaining client files, including ordering, processing coordinating and filing of each phase of the preconstruction process.




Keeping sales consultants informed as to the status and any issues with the processing of client files.
Providing customer service to clients in the form of written and verbal communication as required to assist clients' homes through the preconstruction and construction phases.
Liaising with clients, sales consultants, construction supervisors, councils, and suppliers.
Providing relief work to reception.
