The Prospect
As an Event Producer, you'll take ownership of event briefs and lead them through to successful delivery, managing everything from client relationships and creative direction to logistics, budgets and on-the-ground execution.
You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences while identifying opportunities to strengthen client partnerships and contribute to account growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of premium live, virtual and hybrid events from concept through to execution.
Translate client briefs into strategic event solutions, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Act as the primary client partner, providing trusted advice and proactively managing stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop creative event concepts, audience experiences and brand activations that bring client objectives to life.
Source, negotiate and manage venues, production partners, suppliers and key external stakeholders.
Oversee the creative development and production of event assets, including branding, digital content, environmental graphics, signage and collateral.
Develop, manage and reconcile event budgets, ensuring strong commercial performance and financial accountability.




Drive flawless event execution, maintaining excellence in quality, delivery, risk management and client experience.
Lead post-event evaluations, analysing outcomes, insights and ROI to inform future recommendations and continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities to deepen client partnerships through strategic recommendations, account growth and new business opportunities.
About You
5+ years' experience in event management.
Proven experience delivering both large and small-scale events.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
Strong experience managing suppliers, vendors and stakeholders.
Qualification in Marketing, Events, Communications or a related discipline.
