About the role
What we're looking for (Selection Criteria)
You'resomeone who:
Builds strong partnerships with hiring managers, stakeholders and external providers to deliver successful employment pathway programs and workforce outcomes.
Engages and influences stakeholders effectively, providing clear advice and balancing program requirements with organisational priorities.
Leads and develops teams, creating an inclusive, collaborative and high-performing culture through coaching, support and accountability.
Plans and delivers complex recruitment and pathway programs, managing priorities, risks and timelines to achieve quality outcomes.
Uses data, insights and feedback to drive continuous improvement, enhance participant experiences and strengthen talent pipeline outcomes.
Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end early careers recruitment and employment pathway programs (mandatory).
Experience leading teams,



projects or programs within large or complex organisations (mandatory).
Proven ability to build robust stakeholder partnerships, influence outcomes, and use data, insights and feedback to drive continuous improvement and support workforce and talent priorities (mandatory).
