We are seeking an Architect to join our Sydney office.
Success in this role means taking ownership of documentation, producing accurate Revit models and drawings, and operating reliably within a small, experienced team.
Responsibilities
Prepare and coordinate architectural documentation across all project stages
Develop and maintain Revit models to practice standards
Ensure compliance with NCC, Australian Standards, and planning controls
Liaise with consultants, clients, builders and authorities as required
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years' post-graduate industry experience
Proficiency in Revit
Skills in Bluebeam, Lumion & Excel
Knowledge of NCC ****, Australian Standards and NSW planning frameworks
Registered with NSWARB or working towards registration
