About the Role
As the engineering team continues its modernisation journey, they're looking for a Software Engineer to join a collaborative product team building scalable cloud applications while helping evolve a large legacy platform into a modern microservices architecture.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 3+ years of commercial experience who wants to broaden their technical exposure and work across both greenfield development and modernisation projects.
Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining applications using C#/.
NET and React
Building new features across web-based products
Contributing to the migration from a legacy monolith to a microservices architecture
Working with Azure cloud services and contemporary engineering practices
Writing and optimising SQL queries across SQL Server and PostgreSQL
Collaborating with Product, Engineering and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software
Supporting existing platforms while helping shape the next generation of products
Qualifications
2+ years of commercial software engineering experience
Required Skills
Strong experience with C#/.
NET
Exposure to Azure or another public cloud platform
An interest in modern software architecture and engineering best practices
