Edward Mann is looking for a Business Applications Specialist on behalf of a rapidly growing, dynamic organization based in Melbourne.
The role offers a competitive package of up to $120,000 + Super + Salary Packaging (depnding on experience) and is perfect for an autonomous, technically savvy specialist who thrives on optimizing core business workflows.
Sitting within the ICT team, this role serves as the internal functional and technical lead for business-critical CRM/ERP platforms supporting multi-entity operations.
Experience within the Aged Care, Home Care, or broader Community Services sector is highly desirable and will be an excellent asset to hit the ground running.
Position Purpose
To administer, configure, and continuously improve the organization's core business applications, with a primary focus on the CRM/ERP platform.
This role acts as the functional and technical anchor for software supporting end-to-end service delivery.
Systems Administration & Optimization
Administer and maintain the core CRM/ERP and business systems, including configuration, workflows, custom forms, fields, permissions, and business rules.
Configure and maintain specific operational workflows within shared corporate platforms.
Manage environment deployment, upgrades, system patching coordination, and proactive monitoring to ensure complete operational continuity.
Lead requirements gathering, solution design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and seamless implementation of system enhancements.
Maintain thorough system configuration documentation, data dictionaries, and transparent operational procedures.
Coordinate directly with external implementation partners, vendors, and support providers for technical escalations and major version releases.
Application Security & Access Governance
Administer user access, identity management processes, role-based permissions,



and security profiles across core business applications.
Ensure strict data governance, access controls, and proper segregation of duties are maintained in accordance with organizational risk frameworks.
Support deep integration with Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory/Entra ID, and Single Sign-On (SSO) environments.
Monitor security configurations and actively contribute to data quality and cybersecurity improvement initiatives.
Integration & Process Automation
Develop, maintain, and optimize cross-functional automations and internal workflows.
Manage secure integrations between the CRM/ERP platforms and other critical organizational systems using APIs, middleware, or integration platforms.
Identify manual, repetitive corporate processes suitable for transition into scalable, automated technology solutions.
Assist with technical data migration, extraction, transformation, and validation activities across diverse platforms.
Experience:Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior application administration, functional consultant, systems administrator, or solution architecture role.
Platform Expertise:Demonstrated expertise administering enterprise CRM/ERP platforms (such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or equivalent).
Automation Suite:Strong hands-on experience utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform suite, specifically Power Automate and Power Apps.
Integration Skills:Proven understanding of integration architectures, APIs, middleware, and data migration concepts.
Industry Sector (Highly Regarded):Prior experience working within the Aged Care, Home Care, NDIS, or Healthcare spaces is strongly preferred.
