The Opportunity
Reporting to the Board, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across a diverse organisation encompassing Alesco Secondary College, Corporate Services and Community Partnerships.
The successful candidate will lead an organisation with strong foundations, passionate people and an important purpose.

The next Chief Executive Officer will build confidence, create clarity and bring people together around a compelling vision for the future.
A key priority will be shaping the next evolution of Atwea College's community learning and partnership model, strengthening connections both within the organisation and across government, education, industry and the broader community.




This role calls for a leader who is equally comfortable setting strategy, building relationships and translating strategic direction into tangible outcomes.
You will be responsible for:
Developing and delivering the organisation's strategic vision and long-term direction.
Building a financially sustainable organisation that continues to expand its community impact.
Leading organisational change with empathy, authenticity and clear communication.
Creating strong alignment across Alesco Secondary College, Corporate Services and Community Partnerships.
Providing highly visible leadership and communicating with clarity across a diverse and geographically dispersed workforce.
Building trusted relationships with government, regulators, funding bodies, education partners and community stakeholders.
Leading a capable senior leadership team while fostering a positive, values-driven culture.
Working closely with the Board to maintain strong governance, risk oversight, regulatory compliance and organisational performance.
