We are seekingtwo experienced Contract Site Managersforseparate medical centre fit out projectslocated inPoint CookandMount Waverley.
Both projects involve the delivery ofcomplex MRI roomswithinlive healthcare environments.
This role requires a Site Manager with proven experience working in operational medical facilities and managing specialist MRI construction works.
Project Details
Locations: Point Cook & Mount Waverley, VIC
Project type: Medical centre fit outs including MRI rooms
Duration: 8 to 10 weeks
Start: Mid March
Rate: $800 per day + GST
Contract role
Key Responsibilities
Full site management across both live medical centre fit out projects
Delivery and coordination of MRI room construction and specialist trades
Managing WHS, quality control, and construction program
Liaising with consultants, client stakeholders, and facility operators




Ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing medical operations
Managing services coordination and compliance within healthcare settings
Key Requirements
Proven experience delivering medical or healthcare fit outs
MRI room delivery experience is essential
Strong experience working in live environments
Ability to manage tight programs and complex services coordination
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
Relevant trade or construction management background preferred
This role suits a Site Manager who is comfortable operating in sensitive healthcare environments and understands the technical and logistical requirements of MRI room delivery.
