We are seeking an experiencedSAP Payroll / Finance Functional Analystto join our Finance Systems team.
Reporting to the Finance Systems Manager, you will act as the key link between business stakeholders, IT, and external vendors to deliver high-quality SAP ECC solutions across Payroll and Finance.
This is a hands-on role where you will drive system improvements, support issue resolution, and ensure business requirements are translated into effective SAP ECC solutions across integrated modules.

Key Responsibilities
ExecuteSAP Change Management processes, including approvals and Transport Management
Gather and translatebusiness requirements into functional specifications
Leadvendor coordination, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and system solutions delivered to scope
Design and manageSystem & UAT testing cycles
Triage system issues, prioritise defects, and drive resolution
Provide SAP functional expertise acrossPayroll (core focus) and Finance modules
Support continuous improvement across integrated SAP processes and systems
Proven experience as anSAP Payroll or Finance Functional or Business Analyst
Understanding ofSAP Finance (FI/CO)- highly desirable
Experience acrossERP implementations and support environments
Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills
Ability to managemultiple priorities in a quick-paced environment
