Think fresh flavours, a fast-paced kitchen, an incredible team, and one of the best locations on the southern Gold Coast.
We're looking for someone who can confidently take ownership of a section, lead by example, and help manage the kitchen team.
We're after someone who:
Has solid experience and confidence running a busy section
Can take control, lead a team, and keep service running smoothly
Thrives in a supportive, team-focused environment
Is passionate about quality food and excited to contribute to menu development
