An exciting leadership opportunity for a Deputy Clinical Director – Obstetrics & Gynaecology to join Mildura Base Public Hospital.

Working closely with the Clinical Director, you will contribute to clinical governance, workforce management, education, and service development, while continuing to deliver high-quality patient care.

0.3 FTE Clinical Support Time (CST) dedicated to leadership and non-clinical responsibilities

The Role
You Will
Support the Clinical Director inleading Obstetrics & Gynaecology services
Contribute toclinical governance, quality improvement, and service planning
Provide supervision, mentoring, and teaching tojunior medical staff
Deliverconsultant-level clinical careacross obstetrics and gynaecology
Play a key role inworkforce development and departmental growth

Requirements
Fellowship of RANZCOG (or eligibility)
Eligible forSpecialist Registration with AHPRA
Demonstratedconsultant-level O&G; experience (public hospital setting)
Experience inteaching, supervision, and mentoring
Previous leadership experience (Deputy Director / Clinical Director / Supervisor) – desirable
IMG Suitability
Substantially Comparable RANZCOG candidates encouraged
Suitable for UK, NZ and equivalent trained specialists
Support available for AHPRA and college processes
