THE COMPANY
Highbury Executive is recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a growing Australian healthcare organisation currently investing heavily in systems and commercial capability.
This role sits close to the action partnering directly with operational leaders on performance, decision-making and change.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, the responsibilities will include and not be limited to:
Partner with operational leaders to deliver budgets, forecasts and financial performance targets across multiple business units.
Provide commercial insights and financial analysis that support strategic decision-making, profitability and sustainable growth.
Drive cost optimisation initiatives by identifying efficiencies, improving financial visibility and challenging expenditure across the business.
Lead finance involvement in ERP implementation and system enhancement projects, ensuring successful adoption and continuous improvement.




Identify and deliver finance process transformation initiatives that strengthen controls, automate reporting and improve operational efficiency.
Develop insightful management reporting, KPIs and performance dashboards that enable proactive business decisions.
Build strong relationships across finance and operations to influence outcomes, improve financial capability and support organisational change.
ABOUT YOU
CA or CPA qualified, with 5+ years in Finance Business Partnering or Commercial Finance
Solid track record managing budgets, forecasting and cost performance in a complex organisation
Hands-on involvement in ERP implementation, finance transformation or process improvement
Advanced financial modelling skills, with the ability to turn data into commercial insight
Confidence influencing senior operational stakeholders
Advanced Excel and experience with large ERP platforms (Dynamics, Oracle, SAP or similar)
Healthcare or service-industry experience highly regarded but not essential
