Job description
Due to continued growth, we are looking to increase our team and invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the position of Site Manager.
Key responsibilities
Planning of tasks and allocation of resources in line with requirements of project plans
Supervision of internal staff and sub-contractors across all trades
Liaising with client side and internal Project Managers
Assuming full responsibility for all site activities
Providing assistance with material and supplier procurement and planning
Ensuring compliance with all WHS standards, relevant procedures and legislative processes
To be considered you will possess
Relevant trade and industry qualifications
Multi Storey experience
Substantial experience in commercial construction site management and administration




Solid contract administration, analysis and interpretation experience
Ability to provide outstanding leadership, instil robust safety driven and quality assured work practices whilst driving ongoing improvements in productivity
Excellent client liaison skills with ability to build and maintain business relationships
High level communication and people skills
Desirable attributes include
Project Management Experience
Traffic Management
Building Supervisors Licence
