Welcome to Sunset Ridge Interim Care.
We're a unique 30-bed unit where every day is about helping people take the next step in their care journey.
Our unit is home to two friendly wings – Seahorse (secure) and Starfish (non-secure) – providing 24/7 care for patients who are ready to leave hospital but need a little extra support before moving into their permanent residential aged care home.
Think of us as the bridge between hospital and home.
We focus on person-centred care, promoting independence, restoring confidence, and making every transition as smooth and comfortable as possible for both our patients and their families.

AHPRA Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional aged care.
Confident assessing,



planning and coordinating care for patients with complex needs.

Supportive teammate who enjoys mentoring and helping others succeed.
Committed to continuous learning and growing your clinical skills.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $139,252 p.a.
An hourly rate between $***** - $***** p.h.
