What will you do?
Your role will be to empower individuals with a disability, injury or a health condition, to achieve and maintain meaningful and sustainable employment.
You will provide:
Tailored guidance/coaching, job placement and ongoing support to your client group.
Identify recent opportunities with local employers that align with our participants goals and needs.
Understand the unique employment needs of your clients
Collaborate with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity
Who are you?
You are committed to making a difference through connecting and supporting your clients into sustainable employment.
You will have:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in coaching, mentoring, and case management within employment services or a related field.
Problem-solving and goal-setting abilities.
Solid understanding of the local labour market and employment pathways.
Organisational skills, attention to detail,



and proficiency in administrative and IT tasks will also be important.
You must be able to balance empathy, dignity, and respect in your daily work with a drive to ensure we achieve positive business outcomes.
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment.
Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
