Rio Tinto in Brisbane is seeking an experienced training and capability qualified to lead design, development and delivery of training for the Modern ERP transformation.
You will collaborate with ERP teams, product groups, change teams and partners to ensure employees gain the skills and confidence to adopt new processes and SAP/S4Hana-based systems across APAC East.
The role reports to Learning & Enablement and requires strong facilitation and governance.
