About the Role
As a Regional Manager, you will be the heartbeat of your region, supporting Directors and Educators to deliver remarkable, fun, and safe programs.
Manage a portfolio of ***** schools in your region, ensuring our OSHC programs shine.
Lead a team of Directors and Educators, empowering them to grow and develop.
Drive program growth, focusing on retention and innovation.
Visit schools daily to connect with your team, troubleshoot, and ensure smooth operations.
Represent TeamKids, embodying our values and culture in all interactions.
Manage and coach 2x DOS/Mentors who support the training and upskilling of your team.
About You
You're a natural leader who loves bringing out the best in others.

You're collaborative, love a good challenge, and bring fresh ideas to the table.




You're solution focused—willing to work through road bumps when they arise.
You hold a valid driver's licence and are ready to support your schools on the road.
