Key Responsibilities:
Support a high-performing sales team with day-to-day administration.
Prepare listing packs, Form 6s, and sales contracts.
Compile CMAs and market research for appraisal appointments.
Coordinate property launches and marketing campaigns.
Manage client communications and maintain CRM accuracy.
To be successful you will:
Previous administration experience in Real Estate with a large sales team
Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
Understanding of REX, DocuSign & Real Works advantageous
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
