You'll oversee marketing initiatives designed to generate real business outcomes — more exposure, more enquiries, more inspections, more buyers, and ultimately more sales.
From social media growth and project marketing campaigns to events, automation, and brand strategy, you'll play a key role in building a highly visible and influential property brand.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Strategy
Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu, and WeChat Channels
Develop content calendars and growth strategies
Monitor analytics, engagement, reach, and performance metrics
Identify influencer, partnership, and collaboration opportunities
Drive audience growth and enquiry generation through content
Project & Property Marketing
Coordinate marketing campaigns for residential developments and property sales
Manage branding, brochures, websites, signage, floor plans, and marketing collateral
Coordinate photography, videography, and digital campaign delivery
Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule
Events & Brand Growth
Coordinate project launches, buyer events, networking functions, and community initiatives
Drive attendance,



engagement, and lead generation outcomes
Strengthen brand visibility and market presence
Leadership & Marketing Operations
Coordinate designers, videographers, copywriters, photographers, and external suppliers
Manage workflow, deadlines, and campaign delivery
Ensure marketing projects are executed efficiently and to a high standard
AI & Innovation
Utilise AI and automation tools to improve productivity and marketing performance
Explore recent technologies and innovative marketing approaches
Help drive future-focused marketing initiatives across the business
About You
3+ years marketing experience
Strong digital marketing and social media expertise
Excellent project management and organisational skills
Experience coordinating campaigns and multiple stakeholders
Commercially minded with a growth-focused mentality
Passionate about branding, content, and business development
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience within property, project marketing, or real estate highly regarded
AI, automation, and workflow optimisation experience highly desirable
