Your Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the end‐to‐end recruitment process, from advertising to onboarding
Provide administrative support across employment contracts, payroll data entry, HR reporting,



and learning & development
Coordinate smooth and engaging onboarding experiences for current team members
Collaborate with the broader HR team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and initiatives
What You'll Bring:
Ideally 1–2 years' experience in HR or office administration (not essential)
A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field (completed or near completion)
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Advanced Microsoft Office skills and a love for organising data
Ability to work autonomously
A knack for organisation, multitasking, and prioritising
High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
