Description
The client runs a high-performing data platform engineering chapter and is selective about who they bring in.
We are looking to identify a candidate we can put forward: someone who can architect, design and build data platform solutions and pipelines at scale, in complex, multi-tenant environments.
Core skills we're matching against
Snowflake, dbt and Airflow: deep, hands-on production experience across all three.
AWS platform and infrastructure, ideally with infrastructure-as-code.
Proven ability to architect, design and build data solutions and pipelines at scale.
Experience in complex, multi-tenant environments where reliability,



performance and cost all matter.
What the person needs to bring
End-to-end ownership, from platform and infrastructure through to the pipelines themselves.
Solid engineering fundamentals: testing, CI/CD, observability, and a genuine sense of ownership.
The ability to set patterns and standards others build on, and to lift the engineering around them.
Comfort operating to a high bar in a selective, high-performing team.
Nice to have
Exposure to preparing data foundations for AI and Agentic AI workloads.
Prior experience in large, regulated enterprise environments (financial services a plus).
