The OpportunityWith this iconicprojectcurrently underway along Moreton Bay, our largest development,"One" Redcliffe, requires an experienced Site Manager to join the site team.
We are seeking an experiencedSite Managerto take the reins on One Redcliffe - our largest project to date.
In this permanent, full-time role, you will lead a high-performing site team from ground-breaking through to handover, driving build quality, safety, and program milestones.
To Be Successful, You Will Have The Following
At least 5+ years of experience in a Site Manager role, specifically leading multi-residential construction projects - mid to high rise
Exceptional leadership including team-management skills to inspire, mentor, and guide your site crew and subcontractors.
Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, standards, and building codes.




A proactive problem-solver who turns on-site challenges into opportunities.
Ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams with clarity and professionalism.
A degree or diploma in Construction Management (or equivalent)
Current QBCC Open Site Supervisor Licence
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will lead and inspire the site team to deliver this landmark project on time, within budget, and to Gardner Vaughan's exceptional quality standards.
Your role will center on upholding an unwavering commitment to site HSE, driving program milestones, and building strong, collaborative relationships with contractors, suppliers, and consultants from start to finish.
